French Farm

Tonight, we had an opening celebration at a cattle ranch an hour outside of the city.

Upon arrival, we hopped aboard a tractor pulled hay ride and had a grand tour of the ranch. The rancher told us about the bulls they raised for game and the history of the area.

After the sunbaked hayride, we went back to the small farm house.

We started the night with sangria, flamenco and a giant cast iron skillet of mussels. All that was missing was an oversized piece of grilled foccacia.

We moved inside where we were treated to paella, more wine and more dancing.
