Montpellier is a beautiful little medieval town. It it situated in the middle of miles and miles of farm and coastlines, and pops out of the landscape after a winding drive from the airport.
The main square is filled with protesting gypsies and tons of dogs. Off of the square, there is a little market where you can buy small artifacts of your trip abroad.
It is also home to the world's oldest medical school where Nostradamus studied. He made many interesting, but false predictions about the mountain town.
My classes are very interesting, I am learning a lot about the agriculture background of grape growing and wine production and tasting and the political background of New Orleans Jazz. (They're very protective of their jazz)
